TARTE DE MARACUJÁ

Ingredientes

12 maracujás
1 lata leite condensado
1 pacote de gelatina de ananás
1 pacote de bolachas Maria
125 gramas de manteiga


Preparação
Ferve-se um copo de água, mistura-se o pacote de gelatina e depois junta-se um copo de água fria. Mexe-se bem. Deixa-se arrefecer. Entretanto, mistura-se a lata de leite condensado numa taça com os maracujás (têm que ser abertos e retirar o miolo, que se aproveita todo). Junta-se a mistura da gelatina à mistura de leite condensado. À parte esmigalha-se as bolachas e mistura-se a manteiga. Forra-se uma forma de tarde com esta mistura, deita-se o preparado anterior e vai ao frigorífico!!
